Arrive at the designated reporting point in Dobhi at your confirmed reporting time. Present your booking details and complete the operator’s registration and participation checks. The team will explain the next steps and advise you of any operational delays.

Follow the ground team’s instructions to reach the designated take-off site. Transport arrangements are those specified in your booking. Departure and flying order depend on site operations and weather conditions.

Meet your pilot for a briefing covering take-off, the flight, and landing. The team will fit your helmet and harness and carry out equipment checks. Listen carefully to the instructions and raise any questions before proceeding.

When conditions permit and the pilot gives clearance, begin your tandem flight over Dobhi. Enjoy views of the valley and mountain landscape while following your pilot’s instructions. Actual airtime and the flight route depend on conditions on the day.

Follow your pilot’s landing instructions and meet the ground team at the designated landing area. After removing your equipment, check your belongings and complete the experience. If you purchased photographs or video, confirm the delivery arrangements with the team.

Photos and GoPro video are not included unless your selected booking explicitly lists them. If recording is available as an add-on, confirm its price and delivery arrangements before the flight.

Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included unless expressly stated in your booking. Travel to the reporting point and transport from there to the take-off site are separate arrangements; check your package inclusions for both.
